Do I need wines in my collection first?

Yes, the AI works with the wines you've added to your Macave collection. The more wines and tasting notes you have, the better and more relevant the answers become. It works well from just a handful of bottles.

What languages can I ask questions in?

You can write in English or Swedish. The AI responds in the same language you use for your question.

How secure is my data?

Your wine collection is processed via secure servers within the EU. We never sell your data and your conversations are not stored after you receive your answer.

Can I cancel any time?

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep access until the end of your paid period. Your collection and all tasting notes stay in your free account.
